What to Expect

Our dojo is welcoming, friendly and suitable for all experience levels. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or have trained before, you will be supported and guided through practical drills, safe training methods and traditional techniques.

Wear comfortable clothing for your first session. If you decide to continue training, we can advise you on appropriate training gear.
