Introduction to Bujinkan Ninjutsu a Practical Self-Defence System
Although this is an introduction to Bujinkan Ninjutsu it will also be a good grounding in self-defence. It will be particularly useful for people who do not see themselves as typical martial artists. There is no obligation for anyone to continue after the course.

About the Event
The 4-week beginner’s course will cover some of the fundamentals of Bujinkan Ninjutsu and how these can be used for self-defence. Bujinkan is not like sports martial arts that focus on winning within a defined set of rules and require a high level of fitness. Ninjutsu works on the idea that you may be facing a larger, stronger, fitter, and potentially armed opponent/s.
This course we will cover:
- Basics fundamentals of combat/self-defence
- How the fundamentals can be applied to practical situations
- Basic attacks and defences
- We will cover some basics defences against weapons
You do not need to register just turn up for the first session in comfortable clothes, tracksuits, and trainers or similar will be fine.
The course costs £20 for all 4 sessions.
Our instructor is licensed to teach Bujinkan Ninjutsu and is insured to teach martial arts, proof of both can be provided on request.
