About the Event
This is an excellent opportunity for new beginners (and former practitioners alike) to learn the martial ways of both Ninjutsu (Ninpo) and the Samurai Arts.
Bujinkan Budo is an extremely effective martial art form of self-defense and is ideal for Woman's Self Defence.
We don't use power and strength in our techniques. So, you won't need to be physically strong to use the techniques powerfully. What we do is accessible to everyone, regardless of physicality, ability, or size.
The human body moves in the same way regardless of gender. Therefore the taijutsu (body movement) used in our self-defense techniques applies equally to everyone.
By training in this way, you benefit from better posture, as well as improved core and lower body strength. Furthermore, when you train in this way your self-confidence will grow. So in essence a healthier, happier you
The classes are taught in a non-aggressive, non-competitive way.
The philosophy we employ in our training is one of self-development and progression. Your only competitor is you.
